New patients
On your first visit you will be registered at the front desk and issued a Unique ID. Keep it — it is how the center finds your records on every subsequent visit, across every department.
Returning patients
Give the front desk your Unique ID and the mobile number you registered with. If you have lost it, your registered mobile number is usually all they need.
What to bring
Your original Emirates ID. Not a photograph, not a photocopy — the original.
Also useful: your insurance card, any medication you take (or photographs of the boxes), and previous reports or scans. Old ones still count and sometimes save a repeat scan.
Appointment timing
Arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment time so registration is complete before your slot begins.
Walk-ins
Walk-in patients are welcome. Patients with appointments may be seen first, so booking ahead usually means less waiting.
Urgent walk-ins
Urgent cases are assessed by the nursing team and prioritised by clinical urgency rather than arrival order.
This is not an emergency department. In an emergency, call 998 or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Insurance
Contact the front desk before your visit to confirm coverage, eligibility and any co-payment. See Insurance for how the process works.
Accessibility
The clinic is on the first floor, with easy lift access for patients and visitors.
Wheelchair assistance is available through the front desk. Mention it when you book so it is ready when you arrive rather than arranged on the spot.
Parking
Parking is available in front of the clinic (zone 124AP) and next to the mosque (zone 124DP), with more paid parking behind the building. Parking in Deira is busiest in the evenings — allow extra time after 6:00 PM.
By metro, Al Rigga and Abu Baker Al Siddique stations are both within easy reach.

In an emergency
Call 998 for ambulance services or go to the nearest emergency department. Our phone and WhatsApp lines are not emergency services and are not monitored around the clock.
Everything else, the front desk can answer.
If something here does not cover your situation, call or message and ask.
