Three steps, before you arrive.
The point of doing this in advance is that you find out what you owe before treatment rather than after it.
Send your details
Message the front desk a photograph of your insurance card, plus the department you are booking.
We check eligibility
The front desk verifies your coverage, what your policy includes for that treatment, and any co-payment.
You get a clear answer
Before your appointment, so you can decide whether to proceed, change the plan, or self-pay.
Twenty insurers and networks, accepted here.
We work with the providers below. Coverage still depends on your specific policy, network tier and the treatment in question — which is why the front desk verifies your card before your appointment rather than at the counter afterwards.

Network participation changes from time to time. If your insurer is not shown, send the front desk your card and they will check.
About insurance here.
Do you accept my insurance?
We work with the twenty providers and networks listed above, including Daman, AXA, Aetna, MetLife, ADNIC, NAS, NextCare, MedNet and Neuron. Send the front desk a photograph of your card on WhatsApp with the department you want to book and they will confirm coverage against your specific policy.
What is a co-payment?
The portion of the cost your policy expects you to pay yourself. It varies by policy and treatment type. Front desk will tell you the amount when they verify eligibility.
Is dental treatment covered?
Dental coverage varies widely and many policies exclude it or cap it at a low annual limit. Worth checking before you book rather than at the desk afterwards.
Are health packages covered?
Preventive health packages are often excluded, though not always. Front desk can confirm for your policy and the specific package.
Is aesthetic treatment covered?
Cosmetic treatment is generally not covered. Medical dermatology often is. Front desk can confirm which category your treatment falls into.
What if I do not have insurance?
You can self-pay. Ask the front desk for the cost of the consultation or treatment when you book so you know the figure in advance.
We do not claim that every insurance provider is accepted. Coverage depends on your insurer, your specific policy, and the treatment in question. Verification with the front desk before your visit is the only reliable answer.
