Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Both work. Walk-in patients are welcome, though patients with appointments may be seen first, so booking ahead usually means less waiting.

What should I bring to a general medicine consultation?

Your original Emirates ID, your insurance card if you have one, and any current medications or recent reports. A photo of your medication boxes is enough if you did not bring them.

Can a general practitioner refer me to a specialist here?

Yes. If your concern belongs with orthopedics, gynaecology, pediatrics, dermatology or dentistry, the referral is internal and does not require you to go elsewhere.

Do you do medical fitness assessments?

General health assessments are available. Requirements vary by employer and authority, so confirm what your specific certificate needs with the front desk before booking.

Is a general consultation covered by insurance?

It depends on your policy. Send your insurance details to the front desk on WhatsApp before your visit and they will confirm eligibility and any co-payment in advance.
