Instructions For Patients
- Our multi-specialty medical center is accepted by all major insurance providers.
- We operate everyday daily from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm.
- New patients on complete registration at our reception will receive a Unique ID.
- Returning patients need to provide their Unique ID or registered mobile number when scheduling appointments or track previous reports.
- For registration, please provide an active UAE mobile number and ensure that WhatsApp is active.
- If you walk in without an appointment, please expect a potential wait time as appointment patients are prioritized. Emergency walk-ins will be attended to immediately based on urgency.
- Kindly note that the original Emirates ID is mandatory for medical services.
- We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your registration time. To check insurance eligibility, please WhatsApp the reception number at 0564475936.
- We provide wheelchair assistance and please ask at reception.
- We have easy access by car, metro and bus. Our nearest Metro Station is Al Rigga Metro Station and Al Bakhit center bus stop is in front of our clinic.
- We have ample car parking with two accesses - one from the main road and another lift access from the mezzanine floor.
